10 Fitness Quotes That Will Get You To The Gym

Motivation is a fickle beat that flitters between our conscious on a daily basis.

I myself find it tough to fit everything I want to do in a day.

Sometimes I finish work and just want to lie on my back and read or book or listen to some music.  Sometimes I am contempt with my stationary river boat immersion like stupor but other times I kick myself for not taking advantage of what fitness experts would describe as my peak condition.

So how do I get that additional motivation that I require?

We’ll, I believe that if anything can make you think, it surely can make you move. So I have compiled some motivational quotes about fitness.

We don’t want to shout at you like a drill sergeant to his new recruits.

Nope, I just want to inspire you to enjoy your body and it’s mobility.

Anyhow, focus in and give each quote some thought.

Thinking is exercise in its own right.

It is no coincidence that most of these quotes are derived from people who are at the top of their professions.

This is because they understand the mentality and will that is needed to achieve.

While fitness and sport is a means of self-improvement for them, it is there minds that understand the effect that fitness has on their lifestyle.

These people now have a self perpetual motivation because of their own conditioned lifestyles.

They have ingrained motivation and will into their bibliographical forte and they now hand out advice rather than taking it.

Turn their quotes into understanding and make your own.

Each quote reflects the element of opposition or sacrifice. They swap one alternative for a better alternative.

Improvement for satisfaction, failure for success, immobility of for mobility.

Now it is your choice to understand what alternative you want to swap.
