Motivation is a fickle beat that flitters between our conscious on a daily basis.
I myself find it tough to fit everything I want to do in a day.
Sometimes I finish work and just want to lie on my back and read or book or listen to some music. Sometimes I am contempt with my stationary river boat immersion like stupor but other times I kick myself for not taking advantage of what fitness experts would describe as my peak condition.
